Thomas Perry is an employment and labour lawyer at e2r™. With extensive experience in the public and private sector, Thomas approaches workplace issues with an "employer first" mentality. He has experience with employment litigation, labour relations, employee relations, progressive discipline, medical issues, employment agreements, and human rights issues.

Thomas attended the University of Toronto, where he was a graduate with high distinction and the University of Windsor Faculty of Law.

Thomas is the author of an annotation of the Accessible Canada Act and a recognized expert in the disability and accessibility obligations of federally regulated workplaces.

Prior to working at e2r™, Thomas worked in the employment and litigation groups at an agency of the City of Toronto and two leading Bay street employment law firms.

When not championing HR solutions for clients, Thomas enjoys reading and playing the bass guitar.
